Welcome to the UCL Department of Computer Science High Performance Computing Cluster website

The CS Department runs its own in-house HPC facility providing high performance compute, GPU and storage capability, and technical expertise to the department, the wider UCL community, and beyond.

This service runs within the Computer Science Technical Support Group (TSG), which has a comprehensive team with a wealth of experience going back several decades.

We are here to help you make the most of the HPC facilities. We offer training in HPC as well as technical support.

With over 1000 compute nodes, 300k+ GPU cores, 7+ PB of disk, and 10PB of tape capacity we provide a mid-sized, efficient, and focused HPC and storage service. (December 2018)

The CS cluster is funded by it users through research grant income.
